Default WTB: 88 CRX si Shell

Unfortunately, a friend of mines car was totalled and I bought the majority of the remaining good parts off of him. Now I am looking for a relatively solid 88 CRX shell. Anyone have any good suggestions as to where to look. I am in Ohio and most 88's around here are starting to look like swiss cheese. Want something from down south. Tried most of the conventional avenues (www.partstrader.com, cars.com, carbuyer.com, traderonline, etc.) but would really like to find one with a blown motor, shot interior, and rust free chassis. I know, I'm not asking for too much here am I?

If you are still looking for a car I have one for sale in Texas. Email me at [email protected] if you are interested.

    Brent-

I was just shopping for CRX's here in the Detroit area and turned up a few. There's a rust bucket '89 available in Detroit for a few hundred and a nice '90 Si 180K mile street car available in Grosse Pointe for around $1600 (He's HIGHLY motivated, it's been for sale a long time). You could drive either of them home. Go to http://www.traderonline.com and enter your search criteria. I purchased a (nearly) spotless '89 Si in perfect mechanical condition for $2K to use as a winter car. After two winters it gets a cage!
