where can i find the rule book for crx's?

not sure what you are looking for here. SCCA has a GCR or general competition rules which you can purchase from them. SCCA.org is the website. Cars run in classes your CRX runs in ITA or Eprod. Cars can be prepared differently depending on what class you want to run. The first part of the GCR has general rules and then depending on what kind of racing you want to do there is a section. It is not broken down by cars, but by type of racing, production, improved touring, etc.
