Any Good Honda Engine Builders in Ohio

Are there any engine builders in NE Ohio area that could build to IT Specs? Or someone who would not do a hack job?

Tracy Nine in Blissfield Mi.(southeastern corner of the state.)Tracy just won the 2001 ARRC for ITC this weekend.He rebuilt my ITA crx motor last winter and the car has been great.A good crisp and solid motor,the car is as fast or faster than any Ita car that I have raced so far this year(except for Bob Stretch--and I will leave that up to you to decide why.)I feel that the motor should be good for a few years,although I just put a fresh head on(long story).Tracy has been more than helpful all year long with any help or question's I have had.You can find him online at Zen Autoracing or this website under the link's.
