    Default Spring Rates?

What is everyone using? I was using one front bar with 300lbs springs front and rear. I had a horrible push, so i disconected the front bar and it helped the push, but it had more body roll and the springs felt too soft in the front. To fix it for the next event I have reconnected the front bar so the body roll wont be there, and added two rear bars, all lower bars. What springs should i be using? I was told to get 500's for the front and keep the rear the same, and with all the bars connected the body roll will be minimal and the springs should be ok. what would all of you suggest.

It depends on what you are running. On my ITC rabbit I run 650lbs springs in the front with a lower stress bar(no upper bar) and in the rear 400lbs springs and two Shine tubular bars. Hope this helps

Just keep adding more rear spring until the push goes away. You'll end up with a stiffer car (less body roll), and the right balance.

I would try springs at least 10 - 20% stiffer (ie. 350's or even 400s) -- make a big enough difference that you can feel it.

I ran 650F/400R, no front, 2 rear bars w/ Bilstein Group I race and re-valved Sports in the rear. Also had the K-style front lower stress bar. Car was neutral to slightly loose on a dry track w/ hot tires. Was _very_ loose on a wet track or on cold tires. Just take one of the rear bars off.
