    Default Gearbox? Brake Line?

I have an 020 gearbox. What is the easiest way to push in on the axle flanges to put the snap ring in?

Im working from the mastercylinder out , and Im intsalling a bias knob. Tell me how your brake lines are setup.

Doug - I always just 'lance' the shafts in, kinda like I'm attacking the gearbox with a toilet plunger. Slide the shaft into the gearbox until you're up against the snap ring, then quickly 'jab' the rest of the shaft toward the box. It'll go in. Never damaged a seal or screwed up a shaft yet.

Prop valve - Most VW's I've played with have dual lines going to the back of the car - you've got some changes to make. You can 'Y' both lines going to the rear, put the prop valve in that new single line someplace where you can reach it, and then bypass the rear prop valve thingy at the rear axle mount.
