    Default Floor pan question, A2

I have been working on my 88 16V for over a year now, getting it ready for next seasons IT. I am now ready to put the cage in, so I strip out the interior and find that the pans are rusted pretty bad. My question is, Is it prudent to try and find "new" pans, cut out the rusted and weld in the "new", or just find a better shell and transfer over everything? If swaping pans is easier, does anyone have or know where to find them cheap.

Yeah..."where there is rust, there is usually more rust"!
