    Default Heatshield and Intake for MK2 golf

    Does anyone have ABD Quick-flo intake for their golf? i was wondering if it was anygood and if it came with a heatshield. if it doesnt come with a heat shied does anyone know where i could get one for this type of application?

    I don't believe they're legal in IT.

    Digi or CIS Golf?

    For the CIS Golf almost nothing can flow better in IT than the stock box with a cotton (K&N, Green) or foam type (ITG, RamAir) filter. The box insulates the intake charge from underhood temps.

    Now, with a Digi car you can do a bit more with a tube and shaped filter intake, but you still are not going to see a whole lot in the way of HP gains due to the IT rule regarding the Airflow meter location.
