final drive ratios

curious as to the ratios that are used throughout the country---here in the southeast it seems as though the tracks are faster than other areas of the country
also-anyone have need for a 4.23 final drive?-does not fit my needs(I need another 3.94)--would 200 and a 3.94 be a good price?
