ARRC 2004 forum broken

I tried to post a reply to a topic in the ARRC 2004 forum, and got this message:

We cannot post this because the Forum Name being submitted does not match the forum name we have listed in our records. Use your back button to try again.

It appears that the rest of the forum still thinks it's the ARRC 2003 forum, and it tries to post to that....but can't find it.

If you were trying to reply to an ARRC 2003 thread it won't work.

2004 an onward only.
