    Default Racing in New Mexico

PanAm region is having a double regional at Arroyo Seco the weekend of March 5. There is a Friday test day (not an SCCA day, but rumor is it's free) and racing all weekend. The track is in Deming NM and from PHX it's probably a 4 1/2 or 5 hour tow. Less from Tuscon. I am planning on taking the SRX7 over, any others?

NM sounds like fun, but I'm planning to go to Buttonwillow the weekend following Firebird. Deming would make three weekends in a row. I think the old VW could make it, but I'm not sure the old driver could. Maybe next time.

I received some information last fall (to late) about a race in Santa Fe during the Balloon Festival. It sounded like a fun time. Do you know anything about it? If I can plan ahead I may try to make that race this year.

Good luck and have a great time at Arroyo Seco. See you at Firebird.

I think the race was in ABQ (track is like 20 mi west of town I think) SCCA Rio Grande region put it on last year.
