    Bill,
Thanks for the pre-register money back info, I did not know if they would refund the money if you were unable to attend. I had fun at the Memphis school last October and would like more time on that track, Is that the only double weekend at Memphis this year?
There is a spring double regional at I.R.P. this year on May 7&8 with a open pratice day on Fri. The Friday practice is usally $ 125 for the whole day, there is usally quite a few RX-7 that show up.
    Thanks,

15 days out and I'm not seeing many names on this list:

Driver Entry List (at bottom of page)

(mines not on it yet either since my motor's still sitting on the stand)

We are sending in entries this week. One for school and regional race and one for regional race only.

I'm waiting "patiently" for the National office to send me my paperwork back. Time to go send another email....
I'll be there for both the school and the regional on Sunday.

Are there shower facilities available at the track? I've discovered that the RV I have secured as the official headquarters of Fins Up Racing for the weekend may not have a working water heater for it's shower. My Chief Bottle Washer may object to washing up in the sink...

Hey Scott... I'm signed up but not on this list. Carol has confirmed receipt of my stuff.
I'm waiting on numbers as the IT ranks are full (divisionally), will get a number 10 days prior I guess...

Hey Mark! Good to see your making it out there! Don't forget that restrictor plate

Steve, no showers at Gateway. Plenty of sinks in the bathrooms though... sorry.

From the looks of the entry list the sedan run group is getting rather large. How many cars can Gateway hold and what are the chances of splitting the group. I'm normally all in favor of lots of cars but 45+ cars on that track doesn't sound like a great idea.

Looks like you may need to consider another split of "IT" and "T/SS/SM/IT-7" like October.

Best info I can get on the net is that Gateway is 1.6 miles. At the SCCA max of 25 cars per mile that's 40 cars per group. Group 3 already has 45 entered. I'll go on record as saying I'd like to see a split.

Hey Scott, I know it's only been 24 hours and all, but any idea when the full results are going to get posted? Also, any idea if anyone was snapping pictures at the track?
I had a great time and it was an excellent weekend, even if it was friggin cold Sunday morning!

I just wanted to chime in about the school/race as well. I think the region did a really good job with the event...I had a blast (despite the cold weather) and really enjoyed my first race once the nervous nature of the first two turns first time around evaporated. I had a blast racing with Chris Albin...that is ONE FAST ITB Golf (and amazing driver of course!)! Learned a lot...and learned I have a lot more to learn!!!

Looking forward to many future races...
