Need shop space to work on car, Atlanta

Does any body know if there are shops in Atlanta renting space so I can work on my car? Richard Martin is not in the business at the moment. I need to do some motor work (top and bottom) and the outdoors is not the right environment...

Don't know where in Atlanta you are located, but you could give Balanced Performance in Sugar Hill a call at 678.546.3133.

They are next door to Sunbelt Performance Engines.

Didn't know they rent shop space. It's a little far from home, I live downtown.

There are a couple of options there I think. ITS racer John Williams is working out of some space up there and he might have a little room. Balanced isn't in the business of renting out small space, but they might be able to work something out.

You are right, it is a pretty long haul from where you live. Close to Road Atlanta though :-)

Timo - like you I'm an "in the city" resident of Atlanta. If you find some space in-town that's not too expensive, I may be interested.
