Atlanta Tech Day

For all you folks in the Atlanta region, there will be a Tech Day, Saturday February 29th, from 9am to 12noon(or longer if need be)at the the old "Starting Line". This is the same place that we have held our tech days of the past.

I believe Tristan means *January* 29th.

Tristan, the Atlanta SCCA site still says "More info to come". Can you elaborate on where this is located and how to get there for us rookies? Is this at your shop? I was going to e-mail you, but figured I'd post here so other people could get the info if needed.

Yes, my bad, January 29th! This coming saturday. The shop (formerly known as Huberts Dupree's the "Starting Line") is off Johnson's Ferry Rd. at Peatchtree Industrial. It's behind the Lowe's, in a complex of warehouses. There use to be a "StoreHouse " Furniture warehouse there (it's now gone, but I believe the sign is still up for it). I am not the organizer of this event this year, but I am surprized that the ATL-SCCA website has not updated the info. You can call Gary D'Abate (his number is listed in the ATL-SCCA site) if you guys need more info.

Due to the ice storm that is predicted to hit Atlanta Friday Night and Saturday, we are postponing the Tech Day one day to Sunday January 30th, 1pm - 5pm. Howdy, folks. I'm not going to be ready for the Tech Day at Starting Line, so I'm wondering if any other Tech Days are in the works? Last year, they did one over at OPM in February, and that would be awesome for me if they did it this year, too.
