Workers Fund For NHIS Race

A month ago we had some discussions on the workers fund, or lack there of.........

I would like to bring this up as a reminder now that people are thinking of the July race. From what I understand, contributions to the workers fund from racers has been embarrasing. I would like to ask that everyone signing up for the July race kick in $10-$20 for the workers fund. I think this is a very small "investment" compared to our other expenses.

Would someone do me a favor and post a request on the other boards (Miata, Production, open wheel, etc) because I am not familiar with these sites.

Or am I out of line??...............

I thought what MoHud was pretty interesting. They listed who made a contribution to the worker fund on the documents we received at registration.

I realize that this only works if entrance fees are prepaid...
