    Default THis months pit talk

Did anyone noitice the disproportionate number of Sheppard's in this months pit talk? I mean sure, just cause Mom writes for the "big " magazine, I guess that's how you get all the press....

Seriously tho...thanks for all the Sheppard family does for the NER!

    Blethen's...you guys rock too.

I guess thats what we get for being "the children" of NER SCCA!!!

Sometimes it is still hard going into a turn along with one of our "parents" from SCCA NER... We certainly sometimes feel we need to "give space" to our elders, but thankfully we get over that

It's werid going out of region or to other automotive events where everyone doesn't know who we are... we just look like punk kids, and don't get the respct we always get in NER... I am happy (and I am sure the Shepards are as well) to be part of NER See you at the next event...

Oh here is a couple testing questions:

Who has been members of SCCA longer???

    Who has been racing longer?

What family has won more races?

    Who has the most "donuts"?

Who has brought the most girls to the track?

Did either of the shpards actually babysit us??? If so wich one or both? (and how scary is that... what were my parents thinking?)

    Humm any other good questions?

I have no idea what the answers are so I will need to chat with our "siblings," this seems like a good excuse for a ummm beer!!!

    Thanks for the support NER;

    Raymond "Blethen"

Hey Raymond...I'm not sure I can answer all those questions.

It was a weird Pit Talk, though. I haven't seen that many pictures of the family since I last went to the post-office.

Hope you liked Steven's first Pit Talk article. I think I'll encourage him to become a steward. Keep him out of the racecar, so that my budget doesn't decrease.

If he is to become a steward, I will need to get him that Audi shirt right away

    Matt,

I don't want anything to distract you from getting back here so I can rub some more paint off the Ho. Make it happen.

    AB,
I could use some distractions from all this “trading paint” over here. Glad I don’t have to pay to fix this vehicle when I am done with it. It’s going to need more Bondo than anything I have ever driven.

Doug, I will wait for the @#$%^&* mail to get here.

    Thanks

    Raymond,
Without getting to deep into it on a public forum. I supply and account for all types of property at 18 different locations in country.
It keeps me busy, but it also means I MUST have Internet access(I am very fortunate)so I can keep up on whats going on at the track.

    Can’t wait until Jun 05
