When is the BoD meeting and when are decisions posted?

Originally I thought that the final decisions were being made sometime in August. But in the August Fastrak thread Darin mentioned that the BoD meeting is in Nov.

Also, when will the finalized decisions be made public?

Close... The BIG vote (on the issues both recapped and announced in the August Fastrack) is in November, with a second vote in December for any items they might not have been able to get to in November, or any late breaking items...

Are you certain about that? That's not my recollection. That is why we asked Rick to remain with us until the August meeting.

I'll go double check and get back to you, but I'm pretty certain... All the items are suppose to be finalized/summarized by the August Fastrack for presentation to the BoD. August and September are pretty busy with Runoffs prep...

I'll verify this and confirm back here to be sure...

Guys,

I appologize... George is correct. The BoD face to face is in August, where they will vote on all the rule changes for the year (summarized in the August Fastrack). Then, in December, they have a makeup session.

I'm not sure why I had November stuck in my head, but that is incorrect.

So, we should know about PCAs and the rest of the changes (shock/strut rules, reclassifications, etc.) by the end of August.

Sorry for the confusion...

Yes..., though with the way things are changing concerning tranmittal of information, I suppose it's possible they may relay the information via some sort of web technology as well...
