i wanna get a new seat and in looking into a sparco pista but will that pass tech and if not why?

From what I can see in various online catalogs, it is a 1 peice seat with facilities for a 5 point belt system.

Sure, it should work.

The only hold up I see is that it is often listed as a street seat, but that should not matter.

It will need a back brace, because I don't see any FIA certs for it.
