Tire shaving in central NC?

Anyone know of someplace that shaves tires, located in Raliegh, Winston-Salem, or Charlotte?

I am happy to be able to report that, if anyone else finds themself needing tire shaving in NC, they will get great service from Joseph at Hall Tire in Greensboro. The guy has been shaving tires for 38 years.
