They say there will be a replacement in 60-90 days...

Good for them. Too bad they have had some issues with the new tire, but at least they repsonded. Free replacement set of your choice (ecsta or victoracer) and then a new set when they fix the problem. Sounds like a good deal to me.

Maybe their motive was to protect themselves in our litigous society, perhaps it was to save face with their customers. Whatever it was doesn't matter to me.
