1995 plymouth neon2dr Can I use It?

Is this a car i could use in IT?
What class would it be in?
can it be competitive?

Well, the Neon has just possibly been given a breath of fresh air. It looks like it will be classified in ITA where it at least gets to play. Right now it is in SSC for another year, or ITS where it doesn't get to play with the other S cars.

There's also Spec Neon depending on where you're located.
