Call me around luch tomorrow at 540-287-6384. I have one apart but I don't know the year. I also have a complete tranny and engine.
ITA Header

Tom,
Thanks for doing the test. Without giving away any of Tom's numbers, this is what I got from the dyno graph.
At 4100 rpm my header hit "X" torque, then climbed to the engine's peak torque...
I know someone who builds headers for those cars.
I think I have one also.

Can you send your header to Tom Blaney? He is doing some header tests on an ITA engine soon.
I thought the 88 model was legal? NO?
It's a A20A3 engine, what's the 86-88?
Why isn't the 89 Accord LXi Coupe classed in ITB?
My ITA headers have a 2-1/4" collector and then I run 2-1/4" tubing back to a 18" magnaflow muffler which happens to have a 2-1/2" core (they don't make one with a 2-1/4" core or else I'd use that). ...
Retail....stay away.

The thing with this is that you are getting everything, even the oil pan and covers so a rebuild would...
yeh, get away from the 1/8" toe in
2-1/2" is too big for an ITA D16A6 engine. A 4-1 can be built to gain torque in the mid range while also picking up horsepower int he upper range.
A few things that help a 4-1 header maintain good mid range while still doing well in the higher rpms are stepped primaries and a properly sized collector. Here's a link to the header I build for...
Please, Please don't compare CAIs on a dyno. Placing a fan in front of a car on the dyno isn't a good test for CAIs but only helps with cooling. Everyone makes dyno runs with their hoods open. Not...
Oh, I know, but it sounded like it was a street car.
Jake,
Or you can get the JDM engine which is rated at 200 hp
Yes, weird indeed.
I just got a 94 last weekend. I know it is somewhat nose heavy due to the V6 but the brakes are comparable to a GSR and the weight is the same. I've done a lot of development...

I was told only the 93 was classed, is this true?
I use a 10444 2" in/out with a 2" core for ITC cars. A 10415 2-1/4" in/out with a 2-1/2" core for ITA cars but open the outlet to 2-1/2" OD. On ITS cars I'll use a 10416 2-1/2" in/out. All these...
Magnaflow has 4" round resonators in 2", 2-1/4" and 2-1/2" sizes with varying core diameters and lengths. These are just a little more costly than the bullets but won't blow out.
I guess it's b also.
What kind of rpms do you guys turn these to? Sprint race vs Enduro.
