It will be losing its place in storage soon and I really don’t want to junk it. It is way too clean a chassis to be crushed.
1987 RX7 Roller that was my father’s. Cleaning out the garage for Mom after he passed away. I have more pictures, I’ll post them when I can.
Was an SCCA ITS car project that never went anywhere,...
For whatever it is worth, I saw this on my local Craigslist in Buffalo, NY
http://buffalo.craigslist.org/cto/954005272.html
Is this a stock engine?
What kind of oil? (Synthetic or Dino)
What weight?
For reference, we raced with a pre-1991 2.3 (4 plug, carbureted engine), built to IT rules but with whatever...
Knowing how difficult parts cars/tubs can be to find, I figured I'd make sure you guys saw this:

Not mine, I just saw it while cruising my...
We had a street car many moons ago with that kind of wear. Went through two engines before we actually found the problem... Bad Clutch Pressure Plate. Required way too much force to overcome the...
Thanks Guys!
I swore that Mark had something, but I was completely blanking on his last name.
Thank you.
I have a good friend who lives just North of Pittsburgh, PA.
He is interested in buying a used Miata, and has one in mind.
But, he is not the most mechanically inclined individual and I suggested...
Hi Manny,
Yes that was us. We trekked south a number of years ago, garaged with Marcello. I qualified the car, my father started the enduro...I never got to get in the car during the race, as we...
I am in need of a replacement rear bumper beam for my 90 CRX Si.
Anyone got a spare, or a suggestion for a source?
Thank you.
Anthony,
To the best of my knowledge, as long as they have the correct pin arrangement on the connectors...you're all good! I've never had any trouble swapping distributors among 88-91 CRX Si's, or...
As far as a Windage Tray is concerned...get one!
To the best of my knowledge I don't think we ever ran without one, although we had to make ours at that time because no one sold one. Not a problem...
My father (BillF) already told the tale, but for reference... our car ran up to about 6500 rpm and routinely the hot oil pressure was in the 40-45psi range. Just use a good synthetic and keep an eye...
No yelling here... but only if the HF is included on the same spec-line as your car.
What car do you have?
Not mine, just spotted it on my local Craigslist (Buffalo, NY)
Set of 3 factory Helm manuals for 96-99 Civics.
Just thought somebody on here might be interested.

Beware of those Harbor Freight items, as they are Pipe Benders...not tubing Benders.
Using those will kink/deform your roll-cage tubing! Just food for thought!
Good luck.
Just curious... what are you driving in that video of the test day?
You've been working WAY too many hours lately, due to the storm damage, so I'll let you slide on this one but....
"Lincoln Locker"
Could easily be "Miller Locker" or "Hobart Locker"
...as in...
As for Fenders, are the DX & HF fenders made of plastic...as the Si fenders are??? I'm no expert, but I thought that the plastic fenders were an Si-specific item.
Joe,
I knew you had a couple on stands, ready to go...(didn't know it was FOUR!)...figured you could always use another!
Happy Holidays.
Dave
Joe,

>Any chance you will be on the left half of the state next week?
Unfortunately, no. I'll be working the race at Nelson Ledges this weekend, but I'm from Buffalo, NY. Just started discussing Head...
I'm curious to see one in person and was just wondering if anyone attending this weekend's race at Nelson Ledges will have one, and if they do, would be willing to let me take a look at it.
People never cease to amaze me... I bet if you asked about the "modified throttle body" and the flywheel, the person wouldn't even flinch.
FWIW...if memory serves (and it usually doesn't) The...
