I agree the Koni's are a better shock and can handle a high spring rate aswell, but are a bit more money , pay for what you get

I just wanted to say that I have ran every pad except the Raybestos pads on my 86 GTL civic and found that the Carbotech pads did create alot of heat but still worked great. Hawk blues work OK , PFC...

Yes they are interchangable but the 89 civic brakes have the same size pads (but diff. shape)as the 91 Si pads. So why do it?

I dont know anything about those CVCC heads cause when we see them in Canada ,the hole head and carb is just ripped off and thrown away. (there crap) To hard to get working good.

I live in Canada and have a GT4 1985 Civic but there was a ITC civic from Washington US at our last race who had the Canadian Head on it and running ITC. HHMMMM I'd check the rules again.

I have used the Porterfield and the AXXIS pads on the rear of a GT4 1985 Honda civic and found them to be very comperable to each-other and both worked great.
The AXXIS pads were cheaper
