Is it a Pro7 or Spec7 car? Those are regional classes (Spec7 is SoPac; Pro7 is both I believe).
If anything, NASA is even more in bed with SFI/FIA requirements than SCCA is. 2 year rule on window nets, 5 year rule on FIA seats, 5 year rule on FIA cells (and approved cells are the only option...

I've never tried to use mylaps data for submission of contingency awards. Will tire (or other suppliers) take them without the Chief of T&S signature?
My response. short and to the point
So should the membership even care who the president of SCCA is? What do we expect from that role? I'm not even sure who reported to Julow.
If the role will be in charge of day to day operations...
I think that would be the opinion of a lot of people. So, given the season, does the membership (except for prod racers) want change. Or more of the same?
Which rule would that be?
I've found it's always best to get the paint matched to the racer tape I intend to use.:D
I don't know how old a suit that would have to be. I bought my current suit in 1996 and it has an SFI label. And I'm pretty sure my 1985 suit had an SFI label also (but I donated it to a corner...
I lived in and around Atlanta for a few years. An 8 hour race on the 5th of December may be a challenge. Certainly won't need a cool shirt.
The original is on BBC America
While it sounds like a great idea to kill (how many great BBC shows has US television butchered?) it seems it might be real.

Now, I have heard of Adam Carolla...
if I want to run spec TR8 do I need a TR8 or can I use a TR7 that has been updated and modified to have the same rwhp/tq numbers as a mildly modified TR8?
What was the name of the guy the club hired in 89 or 90 that was going to "show the way"? Seems like it was Petty, but I don't recall. He came to PHX and talked to us one night about reshaping club...
I've got a (green) DONATE button. Does that get me anything special?
Clearly the difference is the lack of snowplows in LA
nasa has a notice on their home page regarding a driver that died in an hpde accident this past weekend at WSIR. and a couple of weeks ago they had a hpde car go off course and hit some course...
When I moved out here we did have a divisional championship, the Southern Pacific RRC. It was AZ, San Diego and Cal Club. It died out 8-10 years ago, about the time San Diego lost Holtville as a...
I haven't included my thoughts because my car is not really an IT car (although it could be). But I have been thinking about doing something different and even have a 91 miata parked out back that...
Haven't we already had this discussion? The result (?) then was the RX7 lost 100lbs in ITA.
SRX7 is nothing like IT7. There are spec springs, shocks and tires. More weight and fewer mods. There...
I first started going to SCCA races in 86 at CMS, Rockingham, Rd ATL, RR, and even then a RX7 couldn't keep up with a Z. The RX2/3 was the king in ITA. And I recall the 200SX and the Volvo were the...

Not a CT resident, but nonetheless outraged, I sent my e-mail sent to Gov Rell.
some might think this is one-half of the answer Mattberg
The one time I felt I was "wronged" on the race track, I got hit on the LR wheel in a corner by someone that was 5 car lengths behind when I entered the corner. After limping my car to tech (I had a...
