I'll second the no rear bar. I started with a rear bar on the S13, ended up faster and more driveable without it.

You can plan to spend $12-15,000 to build a decent 240. To Duplicate Bob's car would take well over $20,000-and that is if you got everything right the first time. There is a decent starting point...

For an S13, 21 mm offset is about right.(15x7 inch size) Good luck finding them. Almost everything readily available is a 35-38 mm offset. That will need two of the cheap "Pep Boys" multi fit...
