The last two post don't really answer my question. I know what is the ideal tire to run, but how much (if at all) will running the 185/60/14's hurt my times. :blink:

I was thinking of running them on the rear also. Maybe qualify with the 205's up front and then use the 185's for the race. I will see how much different they are when we start racing. We are...

Interesting. We aren't going to too many long tracks but that is good to know. Anyone else have an opinion? Has anyone run on them? (by the way, it is an mk2, sorry)

Our team is now only running the midwest council events. Hopefully next year we will do SCCA but it did not work out for this year. :( Jimmy #23

Triple Helix Racing is hoping to run 22,23, & 24 and shwah has 20 on his car for ITB. And as david has pointed out, all cars running IT will need to be different because of running at the same time....

I was also wondering if you can run a different make of tire for qualifying than you do for the race and still have contingency with the race tires. Thanks
