I do not know if there is a fee to log the results at this...
Am I correct in assuming that you cannot use a distributor off of a 1.5 liter motor in a 1.6 liter motor. My distributor failed last week. the bearings went south and the rotor elevated in the cap...
p99ro,
Under sustained turning (IRP turn 1 or any carousel) the sidewalls flex far enough to rub the trailing arm on the rear suspension.
The only way to correct that would be to use a spacer to...
p99ro,
I put 225's on the front and 205's on the rear. I have run 205's all the way around and seem to have a longer stopping point. If you are rotating tires often this setup is not good
Scott,
I can get the 225's under the fronts but not on the rears. They will clear the rear trailing arm by 1/4 of an inch, but a hard turn will push the tire right into the arm. (experience). Use...
Just a Quick roll call to see who will be attending the Mothers Day Race Weekend at IRP on May 8 and 9.
I'll be there in my CRX. Hope to have lots of people to race.
See you there.
Duncan
I am old enough to know better and too young to care. I currently race a 90 CRX in ITA. Started racing (Legally) in 1996.
I am still the same age and rebuilding a 78 Tiga for CFF which I hope to...
Bill,
Go to this Ebay site and look up his other listings for your type rim

This guy has many rims available for a very good...
Jamie,
Sorry to hear about David and Colin. Would have been a great opportunity to gain ground on the championship...but...I bailed out for a family picinic. Unfortunately my season is probably...
Does he have a website?
If not, does anyone have his Phone #
Thanks
Duncan
There were two photographers at the Brat Bash. Dave Klien was one. Does anybody know who the other was?
Duncan
TSCHWENKE, I believe this is a CenDiv Points race.
I agree that most of my time will be spent looking in mirrors, ITA.
My concern is that this is a Pro Race weekend for Mazda and Formula which...
I have attended the Labor Day Weekend at Grattan for the past two years. It has always been a great event with many participants.
This years schedule includes some ProRacing events which has...
I bought mine at Discount Tire Co. for $10.00 less per rim than K Speed. I went ahead and purchased 4 hoosiers as a tire rim set and saved even more.
Good luck

I'm with you Matt. Some are members, some are Junior. I'm still a junior waiting to post that incredibly intelligent question or response that all of the "members" read and take to the board of...
225 up front and 205 on rear. That is correct.
Only because I thought that 225 would work all the way around...so I bought 4. Expensive mistake....but I'll use them later.
I had two Goodrich...
I bought 4 new 225/55 Hoosiers this year with a set of 7" Panasports.
I had to roll the front fenders to prevent rubbing. The rear fenders incorporate the steel wheel well which made it very hard...
Tom,
I run a 90 CRX in Cendiv. My test track is IRP, which leaves much to be desired for set up scenarios. I run 2.5 degrees of camber in the front and 1.5 to 1.75 in rears. The rears are...
That was not the problem. The flange side was opposite, and on the outer most side of the A arm. When I put the washer on to space it better I switched them to the Inner most side of the A arm. I'm...
I am using eccentric bushings on the upper A arms on my 90 Si. Ground Control sold them to me. While checking the caster I noticed that the Whole A Arm could move along the axis of rotation about...
Gorilla mechanics at its best.
Jon
I puchased the same and got the same answer.
No clip is necessary!!
I have raced a season on mine without problems or movement.
The weight of the car is keeping the press fit in.
Jon
Sorry for the late response.
The bearings that were still attached to the hub were in good shape...still greased and tight.
I think the book called for 140 ft.lbs. and yes it was torked....
I have heard that the CRX Si 1.6 liter engines are an interference type motor. ie. if the timing belt goes so will the valves and pistons. Is this true?
The reason I ask is because my timing belt...
I pinched the metal as thin as I could and used a little camber to make it legal viewing from the top.
