We use the Brembo rotors and have been pleased with then over the Honda rotors. We get much better feel in hard braking and more predictable results. As far as cost, the Bremdos are less than $40.00...

It is not as strait forward on the Integras, we have to heat and hammer on the rear trailing arms to get the clearance for the 45s.

My guess is there are no aftermarket gears around and OPM is having one custom cut for you. I have bought custom gears and that is not a bad price.
