Kosei offers a 38mm offset... so no spacers required.
Kosei also offers a 15x8 38mm K-1... they don't list it on Tirerack.

I knew I was going to get most people to go against me... I run what works for me.
Howell Automotive also has an AF/x ECU for the manual transmission Neons.
Revised Fuel and Spark Maps... and raised rev limiters.
I think the best bet would be to run as large a front swaybar as you can... no front tower bar... and run as small a swaybar in the back and a upper strut tower bar... which will help the car rotate.
Kirk Racing Header = Good.. but needs some clean up work on the head ports.
Eliminates the Catalytic Converter, and bolts into factory exhaust.
Pacesetter Header = Don't waste your time.

Only 1995 Base Neons had 4x100 Patterns.... 96 and up Neons run a 5x100 Bolt Pattern.
You have been told correctly. The 95-99 Neons share the same block... just different internals.

I have a firm belief in you get what you pay for... on a side note, a buddy of mine bought an OBX Diff for his Neon... we'll see what happens when he actually gets time to install it.
