at the 350-400 curing temp of standard powders, you will not have any problems with cured paint if it's still on there. it might yellow a little bit, but I would think you'd be OK for the short time...
I'm a cheapskate, but I'll be willing to pay an extra few bucks to make sure my little piggies don't catch fire.. ;)
That's kinda my situation as well. while my feet are normal sized, my dance behind the wheel is more of a drunken high schooler than a well-choreographed tango. Thus, large wide soles have proven...
Those Racequip look a lot like the G Force, and are definitely the right price.. let me know how they work out. :)
What's under my tree is a $100 bill and a picture of shoes because I don't know...
Any local farm or tractor supply will have welding cable as well. Heck, there's a grocery store (and farm supply) in Alvin, TX town that carries more metric hardware and welding supplies than all...
I've had a pair of G-Force 235s for a while and I like them mostly in their simplicity and bang-for-buck. They're getting pretty worn out though and it's time to go for something more new and shiny....
...you can install a VQ30 from a Maxima and run the 350 in STU at 3300lbs.. I'm not sure if you can de-stroke it using OEM parts.. there's a line item in the STU rules about the 3.0K in a 350Z. ...
Lots of SM guys and my RX7 has it mounted on the right side of the main hoop just inside the window.
A Miata is small enough that most people can reach it in that location while belted in.
I...
8awg from the alternator to the switch
4awg from battery to switch
4awg from switch to starter
8awg from switch to accessories (stock fuse box)
It was all free to me since I had piles of it...
Boooo! Unlike!
Tongue in cheek comment. Most of the IT cars I see are either double-dipping SMs (ITA) or are 'twice-a-year' cars that are running 20 seconds off the pace of a pointy-end car (ITS) and I only see...
Hallett gets one SCCA race a year now. TWS gets 1-2, but they're closing forever in May.. Never been to HPT but it's obviously still open. The rest of the tracks and even SOLO sites are long...
What's an IT car look like? I haven't seen one in years..
Agreed.. SWDIV has a strong SM, SRF, and FM contingent, but almost zilch for IT and GT. Reynolds is in Dallas area and the Saurinos in Tulsa, so Prod is wrapped up. (That said, the Saurino boys...
Greg, I was referring to the HPT race last August with only 14SRF and 2SM.. (See post 392). Both of the strongest spec classes with fewer entries than a December Regional, yet the mothership is...
A Majors event with only 2 SM entries? Yeah, that's progress for ya! Keep it up Topeka!! :dead_horse:
Maybe that's the local (COMMA) stuff I'm remembering? I remember seeing race results with SM and SRF together, but it's been some time now..
Yes, the SA2005 stuff is good until the SA2015 stuff comes out, which is currently not scheduled until late 2015.
Don't ever run Midwest division.. They run/ran SM and SRF together at Hallett...
No it's not. you just need to run open wheel. But then you're again stuck racing with those damn rotaries...
Already have one, but please post the size and layback (10deg, 20deg, etc) for others who may be interested.
Since previous poster was female, I was trying not to go there. ;)
My motto: Don't make none, won't be none.
It also seems to be relatively deaf to large numbers of softer voices....
