Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check every hose you have left, and check to make sure the ones you plugged are really plugged (I JB Weld mine AND use vacuum caps zip-tied on). It's possible to get a leak...

I don't have a GSR manual in front of me, and you do, but that 270 must be a typo. That's alot, and a range of 140-270 is WAY too big. I can think of two (non Honda) engines with 9.9:1 factory...

We run stock honda pads, and ditto on the adjustment! They may not do much or wear much, but if you don't get them right, you'll know it at the end of the front straight as those little 150 100 50...

Ed- try www.hondata.com- they may only do B16A and /or VTEC ECU's though. If the sensor inputs are the same, and these hacked ECU's are adjustable enough, you might be able to just rewrite the fuel...
