You might be able to run in ITE, as I've seen other turbo based cars run.
I would also suggest a 74 and above Pinto, lots of parts competitive (finished 2nd in the points ITB in my 74 pinto)

I used to have a panhard bar on my Pinto but after Mike Stevens tried the car at LS He took it off as it was making the car unpredictable. I've never put it back.
