Remove the front sway bar you don't need it and why keep ( I think it is about 10 lbs ) unless you need to add weight to meet minumum than I would leave it and keep it disconnected.

But why are you running front sway bar?? from my experience if you remove it you get better traction exiting the turns.

I know you are not nit-picking, and like I told you I may be wrong, trust me I wish we can get a clear understanding on SCCA rules because it seems that they are so confusing that even every area...

The rule clearly say " velocity stacks, ram air or crowl induction are not permitted unless fitted as original equipment. Air intake hoses, tubes, pipes resonators, intake mufflers, housing etc....

The rule so far will let you run the Cold Air by running it via the factory opening that the resonator was in on your CRX and that is legal but you can not run a Cold Intake if you have to make an...

Kirk, if it is the same engine from 88-91 how is it illegal to use the different cam from 91 on a 88 engine, if you are correct than we can not use an 91 engine in a 88 CRX at all !! does a 88 engine...

It is legal to update the cam and the ECU.
I prefer the 88 crx because it is lighter than the 89-91

From past experience I can say for sure SCCA will put it in ITA they would fear that it will be another Accord in ITB ( as we all know for some reason SCCA have a problem with Honda ).

The Prelude could be a great car in ITB and the handling on that car was better and actually one of the best that Honda made, I think it will be a great ITB car but the only problem would be dealing...

Please and Please don't mention the ITS Delsol in your letters to SCCA because I am happy with 2360lbs and I don't want to add any weight.

We took the Delsol today to the Dyno and we got 161 hp running the ECU with a Skunk2 chip and that was the best that I can get out of it, still running a Comptech Header and waitting for Walt Pucket...

I got a new computer with socket on it and 4 different chips with different programs from David White, and I will be taking the car to the Dyno on 11/16/02 to see the results.
