I've seen pictures of Chet's car before, but didn't think you could legally cut four holes in the airdam.
The other 2 ducts I assume (as shown on John Williams' car) go through a hole...
Thanks Paul. I was wondering about adding holes because of the rules. Do the 3 lines that Katman used all come from a single inlet?
I see I've got some work to do this weekend
i really appreciate the help guys. Where does the second inlet come in from the front of the car. I have 1 on each side of the airdam. Do you cut 2 more holes in the airdam?
You didn't hold me up at all. It was fun running with you guys
No way that's the same person
I have 1 -3" hose running to the front of each caliper from an opening in the airdam under the bumper . It's attached directly using a modified dustshield. The seals on the caliper are cooked after...
I've been running the Blues for a long time. Tried Carbotech 10s this weekend on the front (have been running Carbotech rears)because I was having wear issues with the Hawks, but they only lasted 2...
My hats off to SCR also. I felt bad that they had such a poor turnout, but they put on a good event anyway. Hadn't been to the Beav in a couple of years but I'll definitely put in on the schedule...
Ron:
I'd like to get one also. Will send you an email
Thanks
Thanks for info.
Isn't that the reason for the vents on the carbs?
Where do I start the return? Between the regular and the carbs? Not sure what the duck foot is either. Are those the things at...
Can anyone explain the reason for the return line? I don't have one, should I?

It may not have the nicest facilities, but it's got character and they have really made a lot of improvements the past few years. It's a fun track to drive and I always look forward to racing there....
here's picture of twm with cone filter
i gained the 4 hp with the foam type vs the twm with cone on the dyno. the cone was ducted to the openings in front by the radiator with a heat shield blocking heat from the radiator and directing...
I used one of the TWM units with a cone filter . Dynoed it vs a foam style filter right on the carbs and picked up almost 4 hp with foam filter. I don't know how TWM unit would work with 260. It's...
I've used the TWM unit with a cone filter. Dynoed vs a foam style and gained 4hp. Will sell the TWM setup if you're interested
i've bought a couple of them with no problem. Very nice workmanship and fit. No drain plug though...need to take off bottom hose to empty. They may be changing that.
Had one damaged in transit and...
I have used 2 small pieces of sheet metal and made something like 2 halves of a rod bearing. This takes up the slack and allows you to tighten it up . No problem after that. I have also on other cars...
I'd add a picture, but I can't figure out how.
Mine's white with red and blue squigglys
Actually the less viscous grades will run cooler than the heavier grades. One of the reasons is that the heavy oils have to get through the same small spaces as the lighter weight oil, which means...
Shockproof is not recommended in trannys..MT90 or MTL should work fine.
We run shockroof lite in rears
