I don't think we're very far apart Greg. If there is going to be a change to the current system it has to work in the real world. As you stated in another post, adding cost to the entry fees is probably a hugely diminishing return. I would almost submit that requiring tech folks to do teardowns on a regular basis would probalby also be a hugely diminishing return.
