I just wanted to make a quick post to give credit to Tobey Butler at Racing Products Group.
I bought a set of used Longacre Matrix scales from someone locally. After getting them home I discovered that one of the pads provided erratic readings.
I contacted Tobey in the service department at RPG. The scales were only six months old, but the warranty technically only applies to the original purchaser. Tobey told me send them to him and he would take care of it. So, I shipped the pad to him in Washington (state) and the day after I received the notice that it had been delivered, I received notification that the pad had been shipped back. A few days later it arrived, good as new. EXCELLENT!
So, I just wanted to give him/them credit for great service.
