Need to have a 30'x40' garage built. I was going to do this myself but with my kid being born last week :023: and work, I have no time. If I did this myself it would be much cheaper but would take me years to finish. :(
Anyway, anyone have any builders they would recommend in the MA (NorthShore) area?

You should look into a prefab. Plenty of places here in the Northeast build them. Then you do not have a mess on your property for several months of construction. Poor a slab and have the garage delivered. Quick and far less painful.'Chris
