86 CRX Steering Lock Removal

Nothing in the manual. Can someone give me a few tips.

get hammer.. start whacking...

ugh...

Take a punch and hammer. Using the punch hit the screw to turn it. Or take a hacksaw cut a slot and insert a screwdriver. They all worked for me many a time.
