I had the distinct pleasure of running a Fiat 850 Spider at the Meadowbrook Historic Races back in '92. It was the first driver's school/race I attended and the event was incredible. The Oakland County Sportsman's Club put on a huge meal for all of the drivers and crew. They are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year so I plan to run my Vee at the vintage event in August.
I would urge anyone to check it out if they have the chance as the track will not disappoint.
I had the pleasure of attending one this group's meetings and can't say enough about how hospitable they are. I'd recommend anything they make happen.
