b13 ita spoiler question

I am finishing up the build of my B13 sentra to campaign ITA and I am working on painting the car now and have the spoiler off and kinda like the look without the spoiler. I was wanting to leave it off and wondering if it was legal to do so, I was looking in the gcr and couldn't really find out for sure if it was or not.

Unfortunately no, not compliant.

Remember, "if it doesn't say you can, then you cannot".

That's what I figured. Because there wasn't an option of no spoiler and still be an se-r
