Del Sol suspension how to

Hello I have a 97 del sol vtec that I need help to get a basic suspension set up to do track days and road racing. My set up is:

Koni yellow front & rear
GC springs and Coil over, 500# front, 650# rear
ES bushings
ST 25mm front bar, big bar rear (brand unknown)

I need a basic set up and then some advice on how to fine tune it. Any help is appreciated.
