I've read my GCR regarding headlights (no removal), but it makes no mention of the motors or hardware that pop up mechanical type use. What do you think, can I get rid of the little motor. Want a legal car.

No, it does not state that you can remove them. You can not.
What specifically in the rules did you see that implied it was an option or was legal?Quote:
