Hoosier DOT-radial wets are by far the best choice. The Dirt Stocker may be a little better in aan allout downpour, but they don't deal with a drying track as well, won't be as consistent, and will be less confidence inspiring than the radials. I have a set of used 14's, that have maybe five sessions on them, which I'll be putting up for sale here shortly.
Yes, a redesign/update is in the works for the DOT-radial rain, but it's still upwards of a year away from production, and it won't be a drastic change.
