Come on people! Get those entries in. And for the record, I've been on vacation and have thought about working on the car all week! I might actually work on it Tonight or Tomorrow and finish it up! I might even put it on the stands and 'get on it' to make sure everything is 100%. Allignment is happening on Tuesday/Wednesday and the car should be 'done' by Wed.!
Look out 13th place! ;)
Keep working you'll Git-R-Done.
My car is on jack stands, ordering tires for THE event soon, and have a few other goodies planned. I can't wait!
new tires?
i am just hoping that the 5 year old hoosiers might be better than three year old kumhos or the two year old toyos.
but i need to loosen the rear some more so now the debate is between the hoosiers in the front with the kumhos in the back or the kumhos in the front and the toyos in the back. hoosier toyo combo would likely be silly.
i hope to get out of this weekend with just the entry fee and little else in incremental costs.
O.K. , I found a nice colored aerial view of Mid-Ohio which I have highlighted. I think its too big to load on the thread so I'm going to forward it to Jeff Lawton (When he gives me his email address) and anyone else who would like a copy. I will also see if I can get it on the cincyscca.com website.

I just broken in the new motor. Pehaps that and some new rubber and I'll have a shot? :eclipsee_steering:
OK, how are we going to have an AMITA (American Made Improved Touring A) champion if there are only 4 American made cars registered!! Are you guys interested in throwing in $10 each, winner gets all??

I was thinking something along those lines? Maybe a silly little trophy of some kind? There was going to be another Neon coming down, but it looks like the date conflicts.

I didn't forget you, I thought that you were included in the four entries so far? I was just mentioning that there was suppose to be one more american car, but now, not so sure.
I am always glad to see US built cars running in club racing. It is the Sports Car Club of America!
I say this as I drive a Toyota to work ever day.......
