Where is the history?

Is the content of all of the discussions we had when ITR was coming together still buried in here somewhere? There's some interest among ITAC members in learning about the intent and processes first-hand.

I had a similar experience during the discussion of the Integra typeR. I know that the hand porting was discussed, just couldn't find it.
