Important Information Regarding BIR Double Regional

I'm very disappointed to make this announcement.

There is an SCCA mandated barrier that cannot be installed before the event, therefore the sanction for this event has been pulled.

There is no SCCA race at Brainerd August 20/21/22.

There will be a non-SCCA sanctioned race following the same schedule and format as originally planned. This event is not recognized by SCCA or Land O Lakes Region of SCCA.

The cost of this new event is $175 payable at the event.

SCCA racing at BIR is delayed one more year.

So is anyone planning on attending this event? I'm pretty up in the air about it now. If there still might be some fun racing I can see it being a little more worth it.
