Kart Trak Racer

Speaking of having 2004 Annual Tech at the Kart Track and pre-season racing - I heard that there was some really "Hot Shoe" there after the awards banquet on saturday. I was told that it was a well known racer who raced under the alias of MeMe The Racer. Can anyone confirm who this famous racer was that set the place on fire? Who is MeMe?
