Car Rental Contract, Price, Etc.?

I have someone who may want to rent my ITS RX-7 for the Double School here at Memphis 3/14-15. I will not be driving those 2 days and he can't stick around for the Regional Sun. so, logistically, it works well. I'd prep the car as I would for myself and I have a used set of Hoosiers he could use and a better set for me on Sun. I'll be at the track instructing anyway and could maybe even arrange to have him as a student.

Does anyone have a lease agreement to share that covers all the bases? Is some kind of damage deposit generally put up? What would be a reasonable price for a double school?
