Help with 12a rebuild

I sold one of my RX7 race cars back to the former owner who moved east from CA to MA. When the car was originally shipped to me a year ago, he only had water and water wetter in it(never freezes in San Francisco. evidently). When I went to check and add antifreeze I discovered a leak that seemed to come from under the bellhousing. When he pulled the tranny and clutch, all 4 freeze plugs had to be replaced but then he did a pressure test and added water turns out that the center housing was cracked near the intake manifold.

I sold him 2 new housings from Mazda with the car but to make a long story short...since Ray Lee isn't working on them anymore, does anyone know of anybody in New England who does??
