CCPS gets a COA ruling on the flag rules

The SCCA National office COA has ruled that the race is over when the checkered flag is displayed, even if it came out at the wrong time! Thanks to all of the SCCA COA members for all the hard work that they put in to render a fair decision on a tough GCR call! Also special thanks to the NCR region for working with CCPS to arrive at the most fair judgment that could come out of this strange and difficult situation. A situation, I will note, that could have occurred in any region and in any race series!
